Happy Beefday Andy!!

Apr 2, 11:38 AM · from the mouth of Tyler

Yeay, I managed to get this one up ON your actual birthday! May your 30th be truly memorable. Sorry I won’t be able to make it to your shindig at the Ginger Man… You’ve said such great things about that place, and I really want to go there sometime. Jess and Kieran and I are leaving for Maine in about an hour, otherwise I’d be there.

Here’s a picture of something I didn’t get you for your birthday. The Beer Belly!

Love Ty.

P.S. I still haven’t seen Jake or Jimmy chime in about the Colorado trip…….

Thanks Tyty. Wow, those are some steamy pictures…

So, I’m all 100% down for Colorado. I’m ready to buy tickets and everything. Can I get a little love from Jake and Jimothy (ESPECIALLY Jimothy!!!) so we know when it’s OK to come? Pleeeeeaaaase? =)

Ginger Man is the best bar ever. I had 4 beers and was gone, thanks to the average 9% alcohol content (or something. I wasn’t completely keeping track).

One more Colorado thingy: I now have my rehearsals on Tuesday nights so couldn’t leave until Wednesday morning. So I’d like (if possible) to stay until the Monday after the 4th. I could still do the Sunday, but I just don’t want to leave Jimothy in too much of a hurry. =)

Oh and, Lisa got me an iPhone!!!

Yay, iPhone! Here are a few apps that you absolutely MUST download.

Shazam – This one’s free. It’s amazing: you let it listen to any song you hear on the radio (or in a restaurant, on TV, whatever) and it tells you the name of the song and who it’s by with unbelievable accuracy, and even gives you access to info about the artist and YouTube videos and iTunes links and whatnot. It has to be a recording and not live music. But it’s brilliant! And FREE!

Remote – Lets you turn your iPhone into a remote control for your iTunes on your Mac. Very handy. ALSO FREE!

Zen Bound – Not free, but under $5, and extremely worth it. Excellent game with mind blowing graphics and excellent music. To try to explain it doesn’t do it justice… you basically are presented with a series of wooden sculptures that you twist and turn to wrap with rope. Like I said, it’s hard to explain it, but it’s very meditative, addictive, and pretty freaking amazing. In fact, I was playing it less than an hour ago, and in my continued amazement with the game, I said to Jess, “If I could have shown this to myself when I was 13, I wouldn’t have believed it!”
    Just get it!!
